The scrapbook is a ledger book of 200 ruled pages with mounted clippings (war news, cartoons, jokes, humorous and sentimental poems, pin-up girls, rotogravures), a few documents, and holograph notes. The book is bound in maroon quarter roan, black cloth. The seal of the United States Navy is stamped on the upper cover.
